"I was set on buying a 218 DLV with a 140 Suzuki. I called several dealers around Florida to price shop. When I called Frank he gave me a great price and had the boat I wanted in stock. Then he went the extra mile and explained that I would get all the rebates, 6 year warranty, and free first service from Suzuki. I was ready to pay cash and he steped up yet again, and told me about a really great finance rate. So good that I took it. I drove 250 miles to pick up the boat and everything was exactly as promissed with no surprises. The mechanic took us for a ride in the new boat and fully explained how everthing works and was able to answer some questions about things like, where to mount the transducer. Once I had the motor broken in so I could run it up to speed I realized that I had the wrong prop on the boat. I called Frank and he sent me the prop I thought I needed. I sent the other back to him. Once I tried that one we still need to fine tune so I called him again and he sent me another prop! Thats what I call service after the sale! It's easy when everything goes just right. The great dealers (and this IS one of them) get a chance to shine or fail when an issue arrises. Dell Marine shined on all counts. I love my 218 DLV but if I ever need another Carolina Skiff, I will be driving the 250 miles to Jacksonville. They say they are #1 Florida CS dealer. They are, for sure #1 in my book!"
